The SHIPP Lab provides training to graduate students enrolled in our Clinical Psychology Ph.D. program.  Students have the opportunity to take advanced courses, work with patients in clinical settings, and conduct cutting-edge research.

The SHIPP lab collaborates with experts across campus and around the world on topics such as mental health in emerging adulthood, health interventions to improve brain function, digital biomarkers for Alzheimer's disease, among others.

Looking to get hands-on experience in psychology research?  The SHIPP Lab is highly active, with multiple projects underway examining aspects of mental health, sport psychology, and neuropsychology.

Dr. Gunstad is a clinical neuropsychologist and sport psychologist, Professor in the Department of Psychological Sciences, and serves as Co-Director for both the KSU Student Life Study and the HERO Initiative
